Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Talent Acquisition – Sales to drive end-to-end recruitment for sales roles within the financial services sector. This role is designed for a proven recruitment leader with deep expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-performing sales professionals, along with a strong track record of leading and developing recruitment teams.
You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategy, enhancing employer brand, and delivering top-tier sales talent that directly impacts revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists.
- Set performance metrics, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture.
- Sales Recruitment Strategy Design and execute targeted recruitment strategies for sales roles (e.g., Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Executives).
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring plans with revenue goals.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles within the financial sector.
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Implement structured interview frameworks tailored to sales competencies.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
- Manage expectations and influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
- Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Strengthen employer brand to attract high-caliber sales professionals.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including headhunting, social platforms, and referral programs.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
- Data & Process Optimization Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance and improve hiring outcomes.
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems (ATS/CRM).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and hiring standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on sales hiring within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience leading and managing recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated success in hiring high-performing sales professionals (preferably in banking, fintech, insurance, or asset management).
- Strong understanding of sales profiles, performance drivers, and compensation structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and ATS platforms.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for high-volume and niche sales roles.
- Background in financial services or prior in-house recruitment experience within a financial institution.
