Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 monthly (depending on experience)

About the Role

Struttura Concetti Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Project Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on interior finishing.

This role goes beyond project execution — the successful candidate will be responsible for building structure within the project department, driving performance, and leading a team of project managers and site personnel to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction and interior finishing projects from inception to completion

Build, structure, and optimize processes within the Project Management Department

Supervise, coordinate, and drive performance of junior project managers and site teams

Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Ensure all projects align with architectural designs, specifications, and quality standards

Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports

Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and procurement teams

Identify project risks, resolve site challenges, and ensure smooth execution

Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials

Enforce quality control, safety standards, and operational efficiency across all sites

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Strong experience in interior finishing and residential/commercial projects

Background in Architectural Design (very important)

Proven expertise in site management and project coordination

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams

Experience in building structure, systems, and processes within a team/department

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Must be resident in Abuja

Working Conditions

Fully onsite role

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
