The Lead IMS Implementer Consultant is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The role also leads the implementation of management systems, provides consultancy to clients, and ensures compliance with applicable ISO requirements.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, update, and control IMS documentation, including manuals, policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
- Ensure documented information complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Lead the implementation and continual improvement of Integrated Management Systems.
- Conduct gap assessments and provide implementation consultancy to clients.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Support internal audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively documented and implemented.
- Provide training and awareness on IMS requirements and best practices.
- Maintain document version control and ensure timely review, approval, and distribution of documented information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Certified Lead Implementer in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or an Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Demonstrated experience implementing Integrated Management Systems and developing ISO documentation.
- Strong knowledge of ISO management system requirements and document control practices.
- Excellent technical writing, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects and work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
