Job summary

We’re expanding and looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to help us drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is focused on bringing in business, building relationships, and positioning Lida as the right creative partner for growing brands. You will engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This is not a content or social media role.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities
  • Lead outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
  • Qualify leads and manage early-stage conversations
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
  • Support proposal development and deal closure
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and growth targets


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in business development, growth, or partnerships
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities and performance data
  • Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in Growth Hacking strategies and techniques
  • Experience in Sales with a proven ability to achieve business objectives
  • Strong Project Management skills for coordinating initiatives and ensuring timely delivery
  • Knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence engaging founders, executives, and brand leaders
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, or creative services is a plus
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
