Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with client objectives and MiBanana’s goals. Utilize a mix of tactics including digital marketing, content marketing, and outbound approaches.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of lead generation specialists and marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure the team is motivated and equipped to meet their targets.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of lead generation campaigns across various channels such as email marketing, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement strategies for nurturing leads through the sales funnel, ensuring high conversion rates and effective follow-up.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and campaign performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve lead quality and quantity.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their lead generation needs and objectives. Provide regular updates and insights on campaign performance and results.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging lead generation techniques. Apply this knowledge to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports and presentations on lead generation performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation
- Lead Generation Expertise: Deep understanding of lead generation tactics and tools, including digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, PPC, and CRM systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong mentoring and team-building abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing lead generation metrics and using data to drive strategy and decision-making. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies, results, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, lead generation, or CRM platforms.
- Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly preferred.
