Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Lead, Corporate Strategy, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth market research, and identifying growth opportunities for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining corporate strategies, solving complex business problems, and collaborating with internal teams to implement key strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Corporate Strategy development and execution
• Strong Analytical Skills with a data-driven mindset
• Background in Finance or Management Consulting
• Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing competitive landscapes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Previous experience within the payments or financial technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is an asset
