We are hiring a structured, intelligent Lead Conversion Executive to manage and convert inbound leads into qualified business opportunities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Response & Engagement:

  • Respond to inbound leads (website, social media, referrals) quickly and professionally
  • Maintain a high standard of communication aligned with the Majeurs brand
  • Ensure no lead is ignored, delayed, or mishandled


Lead Qualification:

  • Ask structured questions to understand: Client needs, Budget range, Timeline, and Project scope
  • Identify serious buyers vs low-quality inquiries


Conversion Process Management:

  • Move leads through defined stages: Inquiry, Qualification, Clarification, and Quotation readiness
  • Ensure every lead progresses or is clearly closed out


Proposal Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams to: Gather required information, and prepare accurate quotations
  • Ensure proposals are: Clear, Timely, and Professionally presented


CRM & Pipeline Discipline:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions
  • Track lead status and next actions
  • Provide visibility into pipeline health


Customer Experience Excellence:

  • Deliver a premium experience to all prospects
  • Represent Majeurs as a high-end, professional brand
  • Handle objections calmly and intelligently


Requirements:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to follow systems and processes precisely
  • Calm under pressure and able to think clearly
  • High level of personal responsibility
  • Background in: Customer service, Administration, and Client-facing roles
  • Experience in structured environments is a plus
  • Experience in furniture/interiors is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to write clearly and professionally
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Evidence of structured thinking
  • High responsiveness and reliability


Key Performance Indicators:

You will be measured on:

  • Lead response time
  • Lead-to-qualified conversion rate
  • Number of qualified opportunities created
  • Number of proposals issued
  • Pipeline movement (NOT just activity)
