We are an HR consulting firm seeking a results-driven Lead Closer to convert qualified prospects into paying clients for our HR and recruitment services.

Responsibilities:
- Close qualified leads and convert prospects into paying clients
- Conduct virtual sales calls and presentations to potential clients
- Follow up consistently on warm leads generated by the marketing team
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable HR and recruitment services
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales conversations and conversions
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment team to improve lead quality
- Must be proficient in closing leads
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead closing
- Background or foundational knowledge in Human Resources is required
- Experience selling HR, recruitment, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing sales pipelines independently
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and confident on sales calls
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 + 10–15% Commission
