Lead and Client Engagement Executive
Job summary
The Lead and Client Engagement Executive is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, nurturing prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining continuous engagement with clients post-sale to drive conversion, satisfaction, and repeat business. This role acts as the bridge between prospects, sales execution, and client retention
Job descriptions & requirements
Lead Management & Follow-Up:
- Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp, website, referrals)
- Maintain and update a structured lead pipeline
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects to drive conversion
- Qualify leads before passing them to the Sales Manager, where necessary
- Track all interactions and update CRM or internal tracking system
Proposal & Conversion Support:
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and sending proposals/invoices
- Follow up on sent proposals to close deals
- Track proposal status (sent, pending, approved, declined)
- Identify and escalate high-value or urgent leads
Client Onboarding & Post-Sales Engagement:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients after deal closure
- Maintain regular communication with clients post-sale
- Gather feedback and monitor client satisfaction
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure clients remain engaged with Geoinfotech’s services
Communication & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and basic issue resolution
- Ensure a professional, responsive, and warm communication tone at all times
Data Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of: Leads, Conversions, Follow-ups, Client interactions
- Provide weekly reports on: Lead status, Conversion rates, Client engagement levels
- Identify trends and suggest improvements
Process Optimization:
- Identify gaps in the lead management and client engagement process
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates
- Support the implementation of structured sales and engagement systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
