Job summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing landscape architecture projects that enhance the aesthetic, environmental, and functional value of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present detailed landscape architectural plans, drawings, and design documentation for development projects.
- Plan, design, and oversee the development and regeneration of outdoor environments for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct site studies and environmental assessments, including analysis of terrain, soil, ecology, and existing structures.
- Ensure landscape designs align with environmental sustainability and conservation standards.
- Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, including site inspections and supervision of landscape improvements.
- Develop landscape design guidelines, beautification programs, and enhancement strategies for projects.
- Prepare design proposals, construction plans, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and project management teams to ensure integrated design delivery.
- Evaluate and manage design consultants and landscape contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure designs meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Contribute to research and development on
emerging landscape architecture trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably within real estate or property development.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, environmental planning, and sustainable development practices.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and relevant design software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and
decision-making abilities.
