Land Surveyor
Job summary
The Land Surveyor is responsible for carrying out accurate land and construction surveys to establish site boundaries, levels, dimensions, coordinates, and other critical spatial information required for planning, design, construction, and project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land, boundary, topographical and construction surveys.
- Establish and verify site coordinates, levels, alignments and benchmarks.
- Carry out setting-out works for buildings, roads and other construction activities.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS and automatic levels.
- Calculate areas, distances, elevations and coordinates accurately.
- Monitor construction works to ensure they conform to approved drawings and specifications.
- Take accurate measurements and prepare survey reports and plans.
- Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and project drawings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a B.Sc. in Surveying, Geomatics and any related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
