Lagos Operations Fulfillment Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and workflow.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory receiving, storage, and stock rotation.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Package and prepare orders for pickup/delivery.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and store layout.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management of low inventory.
• Support Lagos Customer Service Lead with order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
• Generate daily/weekly operational reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC; OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of operations, warehouse, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or the electronics industry is preferred.
• Inventory management experience is required.
• POS system experience is a plus.
