Job summary
Manage operations, inventory, and order fulfillment for our new Lagos branch. Oversee daily store operations, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate deliveries as we expand across Nigeria.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and workflow.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory receiving, storage, and stock rotation.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Package and prepare orders for pickup/delivery.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and store layout.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management of low inventory.
- Support Lagos Customer Service Lead with order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE/WAEC; OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of operations, warehouse, or fulfillment experience.
- Experience in retail, distribution, or the electronics industry is preferred.
- Inventory management experience is required.
- POS system experience is a plus.
