Lead customer service for our new Lagos branch, handling walk-in, phone and email inquiries, providing technical guidance on electronics and 3D printers, processing sales transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate product information and technical guidance.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate POS and inventory records.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring 90%+ positive feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Learn our product catalog (electronic components, 3D printers) and educate customers on specifications and applications.
  • Support order fulfillment during busy periods and maintain clean, organized customer-facing areas.
  • Track customer feedback and report insights to management.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as social media and promotions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum: SSCE/WAEC; OND/HND in any field (technical fields like Engineering or Computer Science a plus).
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in retail, electronics, or technical products.
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn electronics and 3D printing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, POS).
  • Professional appearance, patient and empathetic attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
