Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards
- Handle grilling and food preparation tasks
- Assist with ingredient prep (washing, cutting, portioning)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods
- Assist in food sales operations (serving customers, packaging orders, basic customer interaction)
- Ensure proper food handling and storage
Requirement:
- Experience as a cook, grill chef, kitchen assistant, or in food sales is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good hygiene and organizational skills
- Basic customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Team player with a positive attitude
