Key Accounts/Client Service Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Key Accounts/Client Service Manager to manage key client relationships while ensuring the seamless execution of experiential marketing campaigns/activation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned key clients and brand stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communication, campaign updates, and project briefs.
- Translate client briefs into clear campaign execution plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality execution
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and long-term client engagement.
- Prepare and deliver campaign reports, presentations, and performance insights to clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in client service, account management, or brand activation within an agency environment.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify business growth opportunities.
