Key Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts across Modern Trade and HORECA channels in Lagos Island.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets across the product portfolio.
  
• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.
  
• Plan and execute tailored trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and brand visibility.
  
• Collaborate closely with distributors and internal logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and consistent stock availability.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
  
• Negotiate trade terms, listings, and promotional agreements with key accounts.
  
• Track account performance and prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  
• Conduct regular outlet staff training on product knowledge, brand positioning, and service standards.
  
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, pricing structures, and merchandising standards.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in the FMCG or alcoholic beverage industry, with at least 2 years’ experience managing key accounts in Nigeria.
  
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian Modern Trade and HORECA landscape, particularly within Lagos Island.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills.
  
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage strategic accounts.
• Must reside within Lagos, preferably Lagos Island or its environs.
