Galaxy UniPrep Centre is a continuing education center that collaborates with educational institutions in Nigeria and abroad to prepare students for national and international examinations and facilitate university admissions. With a record of academic success, the center offers programs such as the UK University Foundation Programme (UFP) and JUPEB courses, ensuring seamless transitions into universities in the UK and Nigeria. It also provides training for globally recognized exams including SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, GMAT, and GRE. Equipped with modern learning facilities such as air-conditioned classrooms, smart boards, and an e-library, Galaxy UniPrep Centre provides a serene learning environment in addition to language and computer training for individuals and organizations. The center also serves as an official exam location for computer-based standardized tests like TOEFL and GRE.
Role Description

The Kano Representative role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kumbotso. The responsibilities include promoting Galaxy UniPrep Centre's educational programs to prospective students, organizing outreach activities, and building relationships with schools and local communities. The representative will guide students and parents through the admission process, provide information on preparatory courses, and support students in registering for standardized exams. Additional responsibilities include fostering partnerships with educational institutions and ensuring smooth communication between affiliated organizations and stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in educational counseling, student recruitment, or admissions
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with various educational technology tools
• Knowledge of standardized exams, university preparatory courses, and admission processes
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field
• Experience working in the education sector or knowledge of international and national examination systems is a plus.
