- Help solve problems as they arise with their respective team members
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in any field or marketing
- Must be able to pass instructions in an effective and respectful manner
- Ability to lead a team and solve problems without being micromanaged
- Must be at work 8-5 pm prompt
- Must be someone who can learn quickly
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 Monthly.

- Tell us about a time you found a repetitive task and used a digital tool (like a spreadsheet formula or an automation) to make it faster.
- Imagine a team member reports that TikTok is preventing them from creating new accounts on their device, and we have a daily quota to meet. Walk me through the steps you would take to identify the cause and find a workaround so the day's work isn't lost
- If you notice that the number of posts on the live TikTok accounts doesn't match the numbers reported in the team's master spreadsheet, how do you go about finding where the error occurred without micro-managing every single employee?
- Tell me about a time you encountered a recurring technical issue or a 'bug' in a digital tool you were using. What steps did you take to solve it, and what did you do to make sure it didn’t happen again?
