Job summary
We are seeking a smart Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with general office administration.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and staff
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
- Prepare, type, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record management
- Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with data entry and updating company records
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary
- Take meeting minutes and distribute relevant information when required
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
