Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and scout for new Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients (e.g., factories, hotels, estates, and malls) who need stable power solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their energy pain points.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng/B.Sc) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Marketing/Business degree with a strong demonstrated interest in technology is an advantage.
- Must have completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
- 0 - 2 years of work experience.
- Experience in sales, engineering internships, or renewable energy is an added advantage, but attitude is more important than experience.
- Fast Learner: Ability to quickly understand technical concepts (Volts, Amps, Inverters, Batteries).
- Communication: Excellent command of English (verbal and written). Ability to present ideas clearly to business owners.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for calculations).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within the city/state for client visits and site inspections.
- Resilience: High energy, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
