Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Sales Operations professional for a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexible opportunities for remote work. In this role, you will support daily sales operations, collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes, maintain customer records, and ensure efficient communication between departments. You will assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, contribute to strategy formulation, and help enhance customer experiences, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to support operations and develop strategies to streamline processes
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in a hybrid work environment
