Role Description
The Junior Sales Manager will play a key role in driving AfriBioTech’s commercial growth within the Onitsha region. This is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative healthcare and biotechnology solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, results‑driven, and eager to grow within a fast‑expanding organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders, local partners, and cross‑functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve regional targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Onitsha region
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present AfriBioTech’s healthcare and biotechnology solutions to prospective clients
- Provide tailored recommendations and customer support
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Market Analysis, and Account Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven mindset
- Knowledge of the healthcare or biotechnology industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work on‑site in Onitsha and familiarity with the region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
