We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join us
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS/database
- Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS
