Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop initiatives that enhance workspace utilization, engagement, and functionality.
  • Translate spatial and architectural designs into practical plans that inform budgeting, cost management, and potential revenue generation.
  • Produce conceptual and detailed designs demonstrating a strong sense of spatial planning and aesthetics.
  • Prepare drawings, renderings, and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs are aligned with business objectives and budget considerations.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals, budgets, and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies that improve workspace efficiency, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure cohesive and financially viable project execution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in architecture, interior design, interior Decor or workspace planning.
  • Strong design flair, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity, functional use of space, and budget-conscious planning.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, workplace ergonomics, and budget planning is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to translate designs into practical, budget-conscious, and revenue-aware solutions.
  • Strong time management and project coordination skills.
  • Passion for innovative workspace solutions that enhance productivity, experience, and financial outcomes.
  • Comfortable collaborating with community-focused teams to design initiatives that improve workspace culture
