Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop initiatives that enhance workspace utilization, engagement, and functionality.
- Translate spatial and architectural designs into practical plans that inform budgeting, cost management, and potential revenue generation.
- Produce conceptual and detailed designs demonstrating a strong sense of spatial planning and aesthetics.
- Prepare drawings, renderings, and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs are aligned with business objectives and budget considerations.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals, budgets, and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies that improve workspace efficiency, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure cohesive and financially viable project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in architecture, interior design, interior Decor or workspace planning.
- Strong design flair, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity, functional use of space, and budget-conscious planning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, workplace ergonomics, and budget planning is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to translate designs into practical, budget-conscious, and revenue-aware solutions.
- Strong time management and project coordination skills.
- Passion for innovative workspace solutions that enhance productivity, experience, and financial outcomes.
