Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary

• We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of architecture, interior design, fit-out, and construction projects from planning through handover.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related fields
• 3+ years’ experience in project/construction management
• Knowledge of BOQS, budgeting and project documentation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/SketchUp and project management tools is an advantage
• PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM certification is an advantage.
  

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month
