Junior Mechanical Designer
Job summary
We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Designer to engineer the next phase of MyoClamp. We need a practical problem-solver who builds functional CAD assemblies, understands mechanics, and optimizes 3D-printed prototypes. Not a role for 3D artists,you must have proof of physical builds and strong mechanical reasoning.

Responsibilities:
- Learn the complete mechanical function of the current MyoClamp prototype.
- Review, clean up, and organize the existing CAD files.
- Identify structural weaknesses in the internal adjustment mechanisms.
- Research, develop, and compare new mechanical concepts to improve function and durability.
- Make direct CAD revisions and prepare files for 3D printing and future prototyping phases.
- Work independently and efficiently, receiving periodic asynchronous feedback
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- You have strong mechanical reasoning and understand how physical parts interact under load and stress.
- You are comfortable building and modifying functional assemblies, not just modeling exteriors.
- You are eager to learn, highly reliable, and capable of driving a project forward without constant supervision.
- You have concrete examples of mechanical projects, CAD engineering, physical builds, or complex repairs you have completed.
