Junior Legal Officer
Job summary
The Junior Legal Officer will provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Department by assisting with legal documentation, contract review, compliance monitoring, legal research, and regulatory filings. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with at least one (1) year of relevant legal experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws, regulations, and legal issues.
- Support the preparation and filing of legal documents and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain and organize legal records, files, and documentation.
- Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations.
- Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory agencies, and internal departments where required.
- Assist in handling dispute resolution matters and legal correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as assigned.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head Legal.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
