Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Officer to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, and general HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Coordinate interviews and HR-related activities
- Support payroll and attendance tracking

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
