Responsibilities:
- Support the design of graphics for social media, reports, presentations, flyers, and campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining visual consistency in line with the foundation’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Communications team on campaign visuals and programme storytelling.
- Edit and adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats.
- Support basic photo editing and layout design tasks.
- Manage design files and maintain an organised digital asset library.
- Assist with event branding and production of visual materials.
Requirements:
- A degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
field is preferred. - 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles.
- Experience designing for digital platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback constructively.
- Creative, eager to learn, reliable, receptive to guidance, and aligned with the Foundation’s values.
