We are seeking to hire for the role of Graphic / Brand Designer

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, banners, posters, presentations, and promotional content.
- Support the branding team with logo design, corporate identity materials, and visual storytelling projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers to execute creative concepts and maintain consistency in brand visuals.
- Edit and enhance photos, videos, and graphics using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Maintain organized libraries of digital assets, templates, and design files.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Creative Director, including scheduling, calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external communications.
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities, acting as a liaison between departments when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams across media, marketing, and design.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Continuously update skills to keep up with the latest design trends and executive support tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or administrative roles is acceptable for junior candidates.
- Proven ability to produce creative design work is highly desirable (portfolio required).
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Affinity, and Figma
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
