Introduction: As a Junior Executive Assistant at Everest, your role will be to assist your client in a diverse range of tasks and projects.
Total travel requirements may reach 30 to 50% of the year, with all travel costs covered, In this dynamic environment, your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to supporting our position as a leader in the industry, making a significant impact on our ongoing success. Responsibilities
Operational Support:

• Provide comprehensive support to your client in various tasks and projects.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
• Manage calendars, emails, and other administrative duties efficiently.
  

Travel Management

• Coordinate travel plans and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for your client.
• Handle all travel-related arrangements and expenses within the allocated budget.
  

Communication And Liaison

• Serve as a primary point of contact between your client and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and open lines of communication to facilitate smooth operations.
  

Executive Assistance

• Anticipate the needs of your client and proactively address them.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  

Financial Management

• Assist in managing expense reports and reimbursements.
• Monitor and track budget allocations related to your client’s activities.
