Junior Brand Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Junior Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives and analyze market trends.

Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of brand and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in developing promotional activities, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Track marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare brand performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry (wines and spirits experience is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
