Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect at our Abuja office. The role involves participating in architectural design processes, preparing technical drawings, and assisting in project development from concept to completion. The individual will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, integrate software tools in the design process, and support project management tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. The Junior Architect will also contribute fresh ideas to elevate design standards while adhering to client requirements and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration for designing and modeling processes
• Experience with Project Management, including timelines and resource coordination
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Proficient in CAD tools, 3dsmax, Corona or Vray renderers, and photo or video editing software like Photoshop, etc., and other architectural design software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Basic animation knowledge with 3dsmax is an added advantage.
