Job summary

As Junior Account Manager, you will be part of the sales/commercial team supporting sales activities steel materials & solutions and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn about our products and markets, and contribute to sales and business development efforts.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships.
  • Support the preparation of tenders and quotations.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow up on opportunities.
  • Learn to manage contracts and understand technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and international teams.
  • Stay informed on market developments and pricing trends.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (core subject such as mechanical, civil, electrical, IP, etc),
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in industrial steel products.
  • Basic technical steel knowledge and previous sales experience with oil & gas customers are an added advantage.
  • Independent and proactive, with strong initiative and a positive working attitude.
  • Ability to multitask with good time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In possession of the highest standards of integrity and reliability.
  • Ability to grow in a dynamic working environment.
  • Competency in computer skills and software applications like MS Office, ERP, etc.
  • You will work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
