We are seeking a reliable and skilled Jobman/Facility Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility support tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-maintained by handling a variety of maintenance duties and minor installations.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
- Inspect facilities regularly and address maintenance issues, safety concerns, and wear and tear.
- Assist with office setups, furniture assembly, and event preparations.
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Perform other facility-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and building maintenance.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks.
- Minimum of (SSCE)High School Certificate; vocational training is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 150,000 per month
