Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist
Job summary
We are hiring a Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B Closer) responsible for one thing: Consistently closing high-value deals and driving revenue. This is a strictly performance-based role. You will carry an individual revenue target, and your compensation is directly tied to your results.

Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition (Core Focus):
- Identify, engage, and qualify high-value B2B prospects
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
- Close deals across consulting, HR advisory, and talent acquisition services
Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Follow up consistently and move deals across stages
- Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline and deal status
Closing & Negotiation:
- Handle objections confidently and position value effectively
- Drive deals from the proposal stage to payment
- Ensure fast turnaround from conversation to close
Revenue Growth:
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (consulting/services preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals consistently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to sell to senior decision-makers (CEOs, founders, HR leaders)
- Highly self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Proven closers who want uncapped earning potential
- Sales professionals are comfortable with strict targets and accountability
- Individuals who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Who This Role Is NOT For:

Daily Expectations:
- Aggressive outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, referrals)
- Daily discovery and sales calls
- Consistent follow-ups on all active deals
- Closing conversations and negotiations
- Daily pipeline updates and reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly revenue target achievement (primary KPI)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate (lead → client)
- Number of deals closed
- Pipeline value and activity consistency
Compensation Structure (Strict Performance Model):
- Remuneration: NGN 300,000/month
- Performance Condition: 100% of salary is paid upon achieving at least 60% of the monthly revenue target. Below 60% target achievement, salary is prorated accordingly, 0% performance = ₦0 salary
- Individual Target: You will be assigned a clear monthly revenue target, which you are fully accountable for
- Commission: Earn 5% – 10% commission on every deal you close (depending on deal size/margin)
