IT/Admin Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized IT/Admin Officer to support daily IT operations and administrative functions within our client’s organization. The Ideal candidate will provide IT support to staff, manage office systems and documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations in line with company policies.

Responsibilities:
IT Support & Systems Management:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, internet connectivity, and office IT equipment.
- Ensure proper setup, regular updates, and basic security of IT systems.
- Manage data backups and support basic information security practices.
Administrative & Office Operations:
- Handle general administrative duties, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
- Support internal communication and coordination across departments.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
Compliance & Operational Support:
- Support documentation for regulatory, audit, and internal compliance processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Must reside in Lagos State
