Job Summary

We’re looking for an IT Support Officer to manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, software, and networks at Isimi Lagos. The role involves troubleshooting, data security, and user support to ensure seamless technology operations across our real estate business.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, printers, and routers.
Monitor network performance and ensure data security.
Support CRM/ERP platforms and other real estate digital tools.
Maintain CCTV, access control, and other IT-related security systems.
Keep records of IT assets, user requests, and resolutions.
Liaise with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support (preferably in real estate or a corporate environment).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking.
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and cybersecurity principles.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
