IT Support

Responsibilities:

Website Development:

• Design, develop, update, and maintain the company's website.
• Ensure website security, performance, and responsiveness across devices.
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements.
• Manage website hosting, domains, backups, and content updates.

Network Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Configure routers, switches, wireless access points, and network devices.
• Implement network security measures and maintain documentation.

System Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and servers.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
• Perform system backups, updates, antivirus management, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor server performance and ensure system availability.

Hardware & Software Support:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Provide first- and second-level technical support to users.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and recommend equipment upgrades.

Graphic Design:

• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, business cards, and social media graphics.
• Create digital content that aligns with the organization's brand identity.
• Collaborate with departments to produce creative visual materials for campaigns and events.

General IT Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide user training on IT systems and applications.
• Research and recommend new technologies that improve business operations.
• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, networking, or web development.
• Website development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, PHP, or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, and switches.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Requirements:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Microsoft 365 Administrator
• ITIL Foundation (optional)
