IT Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify qualified vendors for IT equipment, software, and services.
• Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
• Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to order fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for procurement.
• Process invoices and manage supplier payments in a timely manner
• Cooperate with storekeeper and FC to track and manage inventory levels to optimize resource allocation.
• Work with the IT department to forecast future IT needs.
• Provide procurement support for IT and other projects, including hardware and software acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2 years minimum) in IT procurement roles
• Work experience in a Gaming firm is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
