Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, software, and other IT equipment.

Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain the company’s local network, internet connectivity, email systems, and other IT infrastructure.

Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues before they affect business operations.
- Install software, perform system updates, and ensure devices are properly configured and secured.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software licenses, and technical issues.
- Assist with data backup, recovery, cybersecurity, and protection of company information.
- Set up user accounts, access permissions, and company devices for new and existing employees.
- Liaise with external IT service providers and vendors when specialized technical support is required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
