Job Title: I.T Officer
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced I.T Officer responsible for maintaining hardware, software systems, and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise-level technical expertise and the ability to support and train staff on information systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Hardware and Software systems and I.T infrastructure
  
• Manage enterprise resource usage, including data management, cloud services, internet security, server management, and ERP systems
  
• Train staff on the usage of information systems
  
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience as an IT professional
  
• Maintenance of Hardware and Software systems and I.T infrastructure
  
• Enterprise resource usage: The candidate should be proficient (not just familiar) with Data management and cloud services, Internet security, server mgt, and ERP
  
• Must also be able to train people on the usage of information systems
  
• Cisco certification/experience required
  
• Preferred Requirement
  
• An understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce will be preferable
