Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
- Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of the organisation’s IT infrastructure.

- Experience with data backup, recovery systems, and IT documentation management.
- Familiarity with managing user accounts, access controls, and email systems.
- Good understanding of IT policies, procedures, and emerging technologies.
- Strong organisational skills for IT asset management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Ability to coordinate with external IT service providers and work collaboratively with internal teams.
