Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Monitor, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure network availability and reliability.
- Ensure regular maintenance of all IT systems/asset,s including documentation, updates, patches, and system optimization.
- Develop, maintain, and update the organization’s website and email accounts to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and security.
- Assist with planning and implementing IT-related projects, upgrades, and innovations.
