Responsibilities:
- Build high-performance, user-friendly iOS applications from concept to deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features.
- Ensure code reliability through rigorous unit testing, including edge cases and usability scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues to enhance stability and improve overall app efficiency.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate them to improve development workflows and efficiency.
- Monitor and enhance the quality, speed, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and eliminate performance barriers and coding errors.
- Assist in maintaining high code quality, organised structure, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and define technical solutions accordingly.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an iOS Developer.
- Proficient with Objective-C or Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation and so on.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 (Non-negotiable)
