Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and structure investment opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead partnership negotiations, MoUs, and investment agreements
- Conduct financial, commercial, and risk analysis on proposed ventures
- Manage and grow existing partnerships and investor relationships
- Track performance of investments and partnerships against set KPIs
- Prepare investment reports and recommendations for leadership review
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in investments, partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy
- Strong financial modelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with senior leadership and external partners
- High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness
