Responsibilities:
Investment Strategy and Portfolio Management:
- Develop and implement investment strategies in line with organizational goals.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across various asset classes.
- Manage and monitor investment portfolios to achieve targeted returns.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments as required.
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and industry performance to guide investment decisions.
Financial Analysis and Due Diligence:
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective investments.
- Assess investment risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare investment memoranda and recommendations for management approval.
Stakeholder and Investor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Present investment opportunities and performance reports to management and stakeholders.
- Support fundraising and capital mobilization initiatives.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure all investments comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Monitor investment risks and implement appropriate controls.
- Maintain accurate records of investment transactions and documentation.
- Stay updated on regulatory and market developments affecting investments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
