Investment Banking Professionals (Project-Based Engagement)

About the Role:

JF Advisory Group is expanding its deal execution capacity and is seeking experienced Investment Banking Professionals (Analysts & Associates) to support active and upcoming transactions on a project basis.

This role is designed for professionals with proven transaction experience who can take ownership of deal workstreams and drive execution from origination through to close. This is not an entry-level role.

Role Overview:

Selected professionals will be engaged and assigned to specific transactions. Each engagement will involve end-to-end participation in deal execution, working closely with internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support financial modelling and valuation analysis
• Prepare investment materials (Information Memorandums, Executive Briefs, Pitch Decks)
• Engage in client-facing activities and stakeholder management
• Support capital raising efforts and engage with fund providers
• Drive deal execution processes through to financial close
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and financial advisors where required
• Contribute to sector-specific insights and transaction strategy

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory
• Demonstrated experience working on live deals and transaction execution
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Ability to own workstreams independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
