Investment Analyst (Junior Associate)
Job summary
The Investment Analyst is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting macroeconomic market assessments, and providing transaction support for the firm’s activities across fundraising, investing, portfolio management, and realizations.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements and prepare financial models for investment decision-making
- Carryout market analysis to understand the key players, competition, and Market trends
- Conduct macroeconomic, regulatory, and operational assessments
- Provide sector analysis of priority areas for investment
- Develop valuation models
- Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing to examine impacts on valuation
- Prepare 100-day post-investment plans and value creation plans, working in conjunction with management teams
- Prepare investment memos and presentations describing each prospect, its management structure, competitive landscape, and financial forecasts.
- Investment rationale and value creation strategies
- Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution
- Carryout monitoring and periodic evaluation of portfolio companies
- Provide support for fundraising and exit transactions
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
