Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and assess client needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients, guide them through site inspections and listen to their requirements.
- Close sales.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to management.
- Offer and collect signed sales agreements from clients, ensuring a smooth client management process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, communications, or any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Results-driven investment advisor with a passion for sales and client engagement (client relationship management).
- Proactive, goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales & negotiation skills, effective problem-solving, and keen attention to detail, among others.
- Proven expertise in real estate and real property markets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of property market trends and investment strategies.
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
